Our service commitment
As an essential business, our agency has been open throughout the coronavirus pandemic. Currently, to aid social distancing, about half of our team is working remotely, while the other half are in the office. Regardless of whether we are in the office or remote, our entire team is available by phone 8AM - 4PM Monday through Friday.
Our live chat is handled by agency owner Kaitlyn Pintarich from 7AM - 8PM daily. While she can usually respond promptly, if she is temporarily unavailable, she promises to respond within 2 hours.
We also have implemented Virtual Video calls, where you can schedule a time to chat with a member of our team right from the comfort of your home.
Schedule your Virtual Video call now.
While the way in which we are here to support you may look different right now, please be assured that we are still here and only a phone call, email, or video chat away.
And don’t forget - if you have an after-hours claims-related emergency, please call 508-528-5200 and leave a message in our emergency claims voice mailbox and we will call you back within the hour.
Keeping you safe
Our top priority is to keep our employees, clients, vendors, and community partners safe during the COVID-19 crisis.
We have adopted all the required protocols published by the Governor, the CDC, plus a few more of our own in an effort to keep you safe, and to minimize the possibility of anyone catching the virus.
While our office is open to visitors, we are asking clients who require to “meet” to do so via phone or video if possible.
Any visitors to the office will be required to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer upon entry. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one to you. You will also be asked to sign-in on our contact tracing log.
We will do our best to make sure our office is safe for your next visit!
Keeping our team safe
Our team has been trained on all the current COVID-19 safety and hygiene protocols, and are kept up to date as things change.
Temperature checks are required for all employees working in the office, and strict guidelines are in place so employees who are feeling unwell stay home.
Our office is designed to ensure a minimum of 6ft social distancing for our employees and visitors, and all frequently-trafficked areas are cleaned after each use.
While we love having our entire team together, we continue to offer remote work to our employees whenever possible.
Keeping your insurance coverage in place
We know many of our clients are experiencing tremendous stress and anxiety during this time. Some are furloughed or have been laid off permanently. We know that keeping your insurance protection safe during this difficult time is imperative.
We are working closely with our insurance carrier partners to get you all the available credits - including auto insurance relief refunds, workers compensation furloughed employee credits, and more.
In addition to the relief programs listed, many insurance carriers are offering payment assistance for policyholders. Some are waiving late fees. Some are putting a hold on policy on non-payment cancellations.
Be sure to reach out to our office if you need assistance with your insurance!
