Natallia is a Personal Lines Client Success Manager at Berry Insurance, with six years of experience in the insurance industry. She was born and raised in Belarus, where she attended a linguistic university and studied foreign languages and education. She can speak Russian, Belarusian and Spanish, and also took Swedish for a year but forgets everything except how to say “Hello” (hint – it’s just “Hej”).
Natallia emigrated to the U.S. in 2009 and worked in retail management for ten years before pivoting to insurance and receiving her Property and Casualty Insurance License the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. She says insurance is not something she was familiar with growing up in Belarus, and found it confusing when she moved to the states, so she decided to challenge herself to learn about it.
She currently lives in Norton, MA with her husband, her 3-year-old son Oliver and their two dogs, Bear and Blue. In her free time, Natallia loves hanging out with her family in their backyard, venturing out to different parks and zoos, reading, and especially knitting or crocheting, which she spends 15+ hours a week doing.
